I cast my vote for medic whoring. It's no coincidence that I have an SPM of 2.66 and my favorite kit is Medic. A revive is worth just as much as a kill, plus you keep yourself alive a bit easier with the ability to run over your own first aid bags.
If you're friends with a good pilot or tank driver, those driver kill assists can add up as well.
Or (sigh) nade/claymore spam on an infantry only server. Annoying as fuck, but if you're desperate to rank up, I guess it works. Just watch out for those TKs, you probably don't need -4 points.
