I used to just get something different everytime I went, but now I will usually always get a Large Quarter Pounder meal with a coke, plus a McChicken Sandwich.
Went through a bad phase once of having a Double sausage and egg mcmuffin and a bacon role for breakfast everyday. I knew when it was time to stop once the guy started asking me if i wanted the usual!

If I must go to McDonalds, I get the chicken selects. If I ever order a burger, they don't get it right. I'm not exaggerating when I say that they have not gotten my order right once.

I haven't had one yet. I don't think they have them here. If it's green I think I'll like it! That used to be my favorite shake from Braum's (regional dairy / fast food chain). Now I get a chocolate shake, but I have them make it w/ vanilla ice cream and add chocolate syrup. It's waaay better that way.
