The WWII 'who really won the war' argument crops up regularly enough on this forum. The question is why? What's the big fucking deal. What's the point in arguing about it? Such a large motley conglomerate of people took part in it that it must be nigh on impossible to say any one entity was responsible for victory. Anyway, your opinions please....

The Allies won WWII. nuff said. any more detailed then that, and it become a battle of egotists, patriots and history buffs.

I think it's not pointless since Russians don't get the credit they deserve for that war.
