The mods make this decision whether or not the whole forum votes yes. Obviously they were banned for a reason. If they deserve to be unbanned it will come from a mod.

lol, Spawn isn't gonna get unbanned, if he does then that's just messed up, not that I dislike him atall but after 7 temps and 2 perms (lmao) that's gotta mean something, but Wilhelm should be unbanned, he did next to nothing to deserve this, a few of the mods don't like him, all he did was mess around on IRC which isn't even the forums.
