I have Windows XP Pro sp2. My son and I use the same computer with the same HDs but with different desktops.

I can play BF2 singleplay, multiplay, and Euro Forces.

He can play singleplay, but not multiplay or any Euro Forces, including singleplay. Multiplay comes up with an error message that his CD-Key is wrong, even tho he's playing from the same directory as I. Euro Forces lists all the maps, but says he needs to buy the booster kit.

I don't need to install two separate games on the same computer, do I? That would ridiculous!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Yes, the games are user specific. You'll have to share logins if you want to play the boosterpacks.
Sober enough to know what I'm doing, drunk enough to really enjoy doing it
