Depending on how long society has dealt with "the ice", skin pigments could have changed (over time or drastically because of huge falls in temps) in black people to compensate....
PAC is all pale-white folks. EU's white boiz (why the fuck did I just say that?) are pretty pale too. The black guys are black as black.
