After the new patch, are there any changes? in the ranks and the points u need for them?
'cause here I noticed a guy who is a Master Sergeant or First Sergeant, one of the two, and he has 42000 points!
Less than 50 000!

requirement for Master Sergeant / First Sergeant is only 20.000 GP. check UBAR http://ubar.bf2s.com/ranks.php

50,000 is for Master Gunnery Sergeant / Sergeant Major.

and no, as far as I know there have been no changes in the requirements by the new patch, at least as far as ranks are concerned. It's obviously different with the unlocks for SF.

sorry, maybe I should have elaborated.

no, no new ranks, but new unlocks for SF. the point requirements for getting those unlocks may vary from those in BF2 though. For example, you have a total of 3 unlocks as a corporal @ 2500 points in BF2.
It may well be that with the same rank/points in SF you only get one or two unlocks.

"official" info on that isn't out yet, at least not that I know of, but I am pretty certain those will be added to UBAR as soon as they become available.
