They played with the feelings of the community, and it seems when they went in to this the didn't understand what it was that they were doing, nor that they thought people would care so much. But people do care, and were upset, and sometimes apologies won't cut it. Their little joke ran very deep, and if they are not permanently banned, they should be a least be given a temporary ban as punishment for doing something so ignorant and idiotic.
