Ok I have been modding my Localization Files for months now and today I tried entering a game and when the Join Game button appeared it directed back to the menu and said "This server only allows players with unmodifed file content to join. Please update Battlefield 2 with its up to date content."
This happened with 6 different servers not allowing me to play. Any help?

update your pb files. here. click on the bf2 link in the list and follow the instructions.

update to the 1.41 patch or re-install the full 1.41 if you have it installed allready

sewer master i doubt thats it, simply because you get a different error message when you try to join. (this server is a different version....)

plus i've had the same problem, so, yeah.

I have not downloaded the 1.41 patch yet and wa splaying earlier today before it happened. It happened after I re-edited my localization files.

It is still not working, and I did the pb download.

I am just goin to savemy english utxt file to another name, re-install and repatch. I am thinking I might have accidentally changed a different file.

you may have modded something you weren't supposed to change on accident too. if that happens, you get to redo your localization files
