How do you hold on to the steering wheel in your car or truck?
I find myself with my left hand on 7 or left on 7 and right on 12.

I usua;;y have my elbow rest on the door and my hand barely grips the wheel at 7... Not very safe but confortable for my long comutes!
Where's the option for no hands? I drive with my feet.
Left hand around 11 o'clock is most comfortable for me... sometime will switch to right hand on 1 o'clock if driving long distances.
I always have my other hand resting on my lap, ready to grab the wheel for any reason.

But seriously, back in my stoner days, a guy I would ride with would light the bowl, and steer the car with his feet.....excellent skillz.

How bout knees? When I was in high school, my girlfriend's mom drove with her knees while looking in the rear view mirror putting on makeup. Talk about skill.
This is why women aren't good drivers. Its skill until something unforseen happens and she unable to take evasive action with her knees.Stingray24 wrote:

True, but I can't drive with my knees at all. BUT I can take evasive action effectively. Happens more and more, people are stupid behind the wheel.
Hand to gland combat when driving means that one hand is down below, other is holding the beer. I steer with my knees.
Left hand on 12, right hand on e-brake. Sometimes right hand on 12 or left hand on 8.
still on my permit, so i find myself at 10 and 2...sigh...
i drive by slapping my nuts off the steering wheel.
