Now, I don't frequent this section very often.

But I got this in an email and thought that it had a great point.

This Advertisement was "canceled"by the US government after airing just 1 time.
The Ad

Now, the US government spends $416 Billion on War every year. In comparison to the number that dies to the number that are dying, I think that this is just not enough from the world.

Not just the United States, but every country.
I'm not saying that we shouldn't have a military, but I just think that it isn't enough.

What are your Opinions on this?

Very good advert.....hard to the point and got a reaction.......but people in general are lethargic ...it takes something like 911 for everyone to sit up and take notice.....so I guess no we are not doing enough..and as the AD has been removed we wont get a reaction...

Developed countries spend billions on attempting to help 3rd world countries.  They need to start helping themselves too, most of the money goes to criminal activities, and corrupt leaders and officials. This leaves the people who need it left with very little.

We as developed countries can only do so much to help, they need to help themselves before foreign aid can work.
