Hey I found out something weird. There are 19/27 Yes votes making it 70%, but there are only 8 no votes = 29%. 70 + 29 = 99%!!!! Where did that 1% go?!

I have plenty of UK buddies on the forum. It's not my fault if you can't decipher arguments critical of the past conduct of your country and differentiate criticism of your government from criticism of the country as a whole.
