So i had my plasma tv delivered yesterday (42' inch plasma panasonic) and I have my 360 out and he says "You know you cant play video games on a Plasma right?" THE FUCKING GUY TOLD ME YOU COULD AT CIRCUIT CITY!

Ok so long story short now im stuck with a 42' sharp LCD.

Its bullshit BTW because I have connected my Gamecube to my parents plasma tv (also 42 inch) and I have connected my PC to it and had no problems playing.

EDIT: Yes but hes saying that after much continuous playback, (100+ hours) it will burn out....

the only problem you have is if the same image is shown for a long time in the same place on the screen, eg if you played bf2 on it for long long periods at a time the hud and cross hair would get stuck on as it were and you would see a kind of faint imprint in all you see, but if you give it breaks and watch tv as well it should be fine.

I have an LCD. When I bought it looked better than the plasma right next to it. The idea of little gas bubbles isn't something I was ready to buy into .
