What are the criteria for the top ranking in this? I have a ratio of 4.375 (70 knifes, 16 deaths) yet I do not show up in the top ranking in this stat in my country (New Zealand). So the question is,, are there any criteria to be in it? Minimum 100 knife kills?
You have to have held the knife for a minimum of 1 hour before you show up on any knife leaderboard here.

In fact, this is also true for most of the Ranks in the "Ranks & More" Section of your stats page. They all have additional criteria you have to fullfill before you'll show up there.
