Target is better anyway. They're cheap, but they at least have some class about it. I don't have to worry about getting mugged at a Target, for example.

I wonder if Walmart opened my Zune box before I bought it and destroyed the quality since I got it for so cheap there. In any since it has worked flawless. It's not always "you get what you pay for". If it were people would not shop around and the word "deal" would be non-existent. Reinsert time.

Wal-Mart's strategy is no different than McDonald's'. They merely sell more kinds of stuff. I can actually find shit at my local Wal-Mart that I'd have to travel miles to find elsewhere. Thus, shopping there saves on gas, and thus the environment. Centralized supply ftw.
You can't have it both ways, people.
[edit: plus Wal-Mart's not afraid to display the flags of the military branches and piss the city off]

It's a business, they are there to make money, and they succeed..
now about the employees, Ive heared some and they said it was alright, and that they had advantages that other shops couldnt give. I dont remember which but it was about holidays and things like that. Anyway, if you dont like it, dont work there, there are plenty of other jobs...
for the consumers, wal-mart is pretty cool, everything is cheap there
about the workers in third-world countries, remember something, wal-mart treat them better than local companies do. In those countries, working conditions are always not that good, particularly for local companies. Multinationals too, but usually those impose rules.
For the Record: Very bad company. Don't shop there, don't agree with their agenda.
