These are the persons you named in other thread, the real persons, besides Eric Cartman and others.  Which one do you think could solve the Middle East Conflict?  All of it, including all the countries there.  You don't need to explain.  My vote goes to Genghis Khan.

Stalin. It requires a man of war and death, and an authoritarian one at that. Also, one who knows his limits - unlike Hitler for instance. It wouldn't be pretty though - it would be a sorry peace.
