I'm not sure about Angelides...I didn't like the way he was acting during the Debate a few weeks ago. Then again, I don't want a republican in office on principle, even though Arnold is more of a Social left.

That comment really pisses me off. But are you 100% sure he meant it in the way we are interpreting it? Are you sure that's VERBATIM what he said? If not, maybe he was trying to make a point about the flawed education system, that if you're at a public high school and you don't graduate at the top, you have extremely few options to the point of being FORCED into the military.
Is there a transcript anywhere?
I just heard it on the radio, word for word, and it was verbatim, I'm sure he meant to be knocking Bush, though his grades were actually lower than bush's, but good ol' lurch just doesn't have the tact or the personality to do comedy right. Duh, I was confused, I thought it was Angilides who said that. Good, it was Kerry. Now I can still think about voting for Angilides.
After taking the quiz provided earlier in this thread, I find myself almost evenly split between supporting Arnold and Angelides.....
Soooooo if he's saying that about our soldiers of today, what's it mean for someone like him who volunteered to go to Vietnam (he wasn't a draftee)?
