I don't know about the consoles, but I've seen the sentry guns shoot through walls. It doesn't do any damage, but you see alot of sparks.

lol the sentry guns sometimes fall inside the titan. I threw one next to me in the titan and it fell inside titan and killed one dude. pwnt
