I would definately say America is more fond of their cars. I know Indy racing is much bigger in Europe and stuff though. I would love to see one of those 24 hour endurance races through the streets of a city, that would be simply amazing. America does have NASCAR though. One thing that everybody loves about it is the fact that they're really stock cars. Anybody in America that can afford a decent car can go out and buy a Chevrolet Monte Carlo or a Dodge Charger. One thing I can't believe is the loyalty for Japanese cars here in our own backyards! People say that Japanese cars are more reliable, how come you don't see any Japanese cars older than the 80s? You always see old American cars, they look like pieces of junk but they run none-the-less. The old Japanese cars obviously don't run any more since they're not on the road. My brother worked for a tow truck company for 2 years towing cars and he said the most common car he towed was a Toyota. He would be happy towing an American car, although it rarely happened, because it had solid frames and he kept tearing the Jap frames. I don't know where all this talk on dependable Japanese cars came from. GM is over here almost going out of business, millions of Americans will lose their jobs, but Americans don't care, they just want to save some quick cash and buy a piece of crap Japanese car, well you know what, you get what you pay for. In the long run, you'll save money with an American car. Hell my brother has been in 2 bad accidents. Both in Chevys, drove away from both. Every other car involved in those accidents had to be towed because they're plastic Japanese cars. American is the way to go! Also keep this in mind, my brother thought of this the other day:
Would you ever forgive Osama Bin Laden for the 9/11 bombings?
Then why forgive Japanese for what they did at Pearl Harbor?
And for you people who don't understand... Mitsubishi made the planes that Japanese used in WWII. I know it's not just Mitsubishi that we shouldn't buy, avoid all of them. Support Americans!
Nascar, mudding, dragracing is borderline motorsport racing F1, rally, gp moto, and other road racing that does more than left turns and goes around ovals is racing. Guess what more Japanese cars are coming to America no matter what cause of the gas prices and supply and demand. Many of the big name american car companies are closing a great protions of their manufacturing due to low demand. Guess what Kia is an asian car company that has a 10year warranty and mitsubishi is also 10years warranty the max i have seen here is 3-5 so i would rather have a kia or a mitsubishi than an "american" vehicle. Japan had the biggest balls in the war to attack america. Where do most guys start off looking for thier old cars yep the junk yard where as japan they dont like to use old technology. So being obese is the way to go buy stuff that you cant afford is the way to go and waste resources is the way to go man your messed up in the head. Check online or the news papers look how cheap american cars are now the new 2006 trucks are under 30,000 with optional features and the cars. are being sold under 15,000.
Wow you can't be serious. American cars only have a 3-5 year warranty because unless something goes horribly wrong with the car early on, it's good for the next 10 years. Like I said, there's a lot of old American cars driving on the road these days than there are Asian cars. And same thing will be in 10 years from now. These Asian car companies will realize they made an awful mistake with the 10 year warranties since everybody will have to trade in for new cars and shit. You will continue to see new Asian cars while you will see mixed new and old American cars, why? Because American cars are built to last.
And the thing that I am actually offended by is the fact that you actually said "Japan had the the biggest balls in the war to attack America." You obviously have no Patriotism at all for saying that, hell you don't even have a heart if you can honestly say that and you know the story. Maybe you should try doing some research before you sound like a nazi. I know more about Pearl Harbor than your average person since I actually did a report on it. Sure, we provoked the attack but we were trying to end the war at the same time. We never technically attacked Japan in any way, in desperate moves to end Japanese movements into Asia, we blockaded Japan from any goods entering and leaving the country. We never actually attacked them or declared war on them. Japan kept trying to persuade the US Navy to stop blockading them but we wouldn't give up. Japan went so far as to promise, "we will never attack you USA." So what do they do? They wait until a Sunday morning, when most of the soldiers get to sleep in on a day off, and bomb us out of the blue. That has to be the biggest dirtball move in history. We didn't want to be in the war, they forced us into it.
I can't believe you actually said that. And you actually said I'm messed up in the head. You just basically supported what Japan did in Pearl Harbor, you sir, are the kid who is messed up in the head...
