This has been posted on battle.fi, the info came to me from my clanmate, "Customize".

There has been possible 1.41 server activity lately, e.g. here.

I don't know if it's a 1.41 coming or if it's just a serverside fix, but.. enlighten me!

And later on:

5. Install the patch 1.4 beta, then start the game as normal

If EA release another patch for BF2, it will be to fook it up enough to force anyone who wants any game play at all to buy BF2142, or in the case of alot of people move to something else, Armed Assault!

There will be a 1.41 patch, but this is mainly dealing with server unstability issues - not any game play tweaks. Those are reserved for 1.5 (if there will be one).

You see, after the 1.4 patch there are STILL problems with crash to desktop, players being thrown off servers, red name-tag bug and problems making squads.

These are the issues meant to be fixed with the 1.41 patch. Also, DICE wants to show people the rumours about them not supporting the game any more after 1.4, false.

why not simply increase the power of the other jets rather than nerf the j10? ( and can someone PLEASE give the SAS the eurofighter? asit is supposed to be a european fighter? or at least the harrier)
