I"m just saying because there was a bit of a problem previously with about 5 ones going on at the same time which makes things difficult. Just to let you know, I wasn't angry or anything. And there was a pic previously posted which was mine. Its just easier if there is only one going at a time.

Chinese type 64?
The buttstock definitely looks Chinese, and the magazine indicates 7.62x39mm. I'd say it's a Type 56 AKS.

No, wait. Mistake. That buttstock is not Chinese! That forward pistol grip must be Hungarian, and the only one I know is an AMD-65.
The barrel is also too short for it to be a Type 56.
