Big problem with 2142 HELP asap!

Well i get excited when i see theres only 1 disc needed for installation lol, and i pop it in.
But it wont come up on my D drive...
like its not reading the disc or something..

what could be causing this? Every other disc i have works fine.

No, they aren't.

DVD can't be read in CDROM drives. If you have a CDROM drive, with a DVD disc, It can't be recognized/played.
