anywho I ordered 2 extra 25rd promag magazines that match my G36 kit, a set of side rails, and also ordered a cheap fore-grip to start off with.

anyone think of anything else I should add to my G36 for that authentic "i'm a battlefield nerd" look.
I would get a trigger lock in case some retarded kid/trainee marine mistakes it for an airsoft gun.

they have "fake" airsoft models I was considering getting just for the "look"

Maybe something like this:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/300455870342?_t … 97.c0.m619
or this?

I guess, it's a .22 so you don't have to worry about it getting busted to shit with the recoil.

make sure you can "zero" it though, otherwise you have a fancy laser with no use.

Bring a few different brands of ammo. 22's can be picky. You may find one brand is more reliable or accurate than others.
Bring all your magazines and keep track of them. If you have a malfunction it may be magazine related, set it to the side so you can test and keep track of problem magazines. Some guys paint or number their mags.
Bring whatever tools are required to adjust the sights.

If you're not shooting at a range bring trash bags to pick up your mess. Don't be that asshole that leaves trash. Bring more home than you came with.

and of course safety
1. All guns are always loaded.
2. Never let the muzzle cover anything you are not willing to destroy.
3. Keep your finger off the trigger until your sights are on the target.
4. Be sure of your target and what is beyond it.
Wear eye and ear protection
Wash your hands after shooting or handling ammo

if that suppressor works won't ear protection be redundant, since it's a .22?

yeah also if it's at a range the guy next to you might have a loud-ass gun so it's a good idea to bring it anyways.

haha yea it's a fake to cover up the rest of the ruger 10/22's barrel.

The range I will be shooting at is indoor. It's a pistol range but .22 rifles can be shot there as well.

.22 isn't particularly loud on an outdoor range, but i'd still wear defenders for an indoor. after throwing a few hundred .22s down i used to still get a slight ringing even with them so

i've never been to a range in america. the indoor ones in gb are all defenders mandatory afaik, but the outdoor ones tend to be lots of old boys in boots with shotguns, and maybe they're less regulated, but i rarely see people wearing defenders at those.
