I get my whole body into it. Definately with the lean side to side in the jets. Also trying to stretch my field of vision beyond the edges of my monitor (leaning closer to the monitor and looking *past* the edge of the screen...it never works though). If I'm gunning in a chopper it's even worse. If my pilot flies under something I almost always duck my head and if he gets to close to the ground my ass puckers up tighter than...uh...well...um...well, it puckers up tighter than something that's really really tight.
