Hypothetically speaking, What in your words would happen to America if Hillary Rodham Clinton some how, some way ran for President (as a Democrat) and won the election then became US history's first female president? (Rofl.. The 1st Man, Bill Clinton)

I have no idea hence the reason I'm looking for input from all of you.

I honestly don't think the concept of a female president puts as much sand in peoples' vaginas the thought of a Mormon taking the Oval Office. If, purely hypothetically, Hillary ran and won, America would continue as it always does: making money, leeching off of people who make money, or griping about money.

But does Hillary have enough political umph to manage it? I think not.

I think there is a danger of her getting votes from people excited by the novelty of a female president as opposed to them voting for her for policy, hillary care, video game bans, more and higher taxation............those are really the only 3 things i can remember her being consistent on, every other topic she's been all over the road, as far as the female thing mattering once she is in office, i don't believe it will, it would just have a hand in her getting there or be the single biggest reason for opposition voter turnout ever

If history is consistant, she will do exactly the opposite of what she is perceived to do.
Clinton was expected to ease drug laws, he made them worse ( seizure and mandatory sentances )
Bush was expected to be a fiscal conservative and small government guy ( rofl )
Hillary is expected to be a dove and anti war chick ( she'll nuke the middle east or something like that )

I agree. I really wouldn't have a problem with a female president, but not Hillary. She's too shady to me. Give me a better female candidate and as long as she is the BEST PERSON FOR THE JOB she will get my vote.

Although, with the upcoming election. Lets say the Democrats gain house majority, thus Nancy Pelosi would become speaker of the hosue. Now, lets assume that some nut case kills Bush and Cheney. Thus, Pelosi would become the president and we would have our first female president. I am not saying that someone will kill Bush and Cheney, I'm saying that is a possibility.

I don't think that it makes a difference if the president or any other member of the goverment is male or female.
Generally the people at that level tend to be intelligent in both genders. I would not have elected Halonen a second time and instead went for his male collegue, but it would not have been because Halonen happens to be female.

OT: Has there been a black guy running for precidency or been a precident in the USA? Just curious.
