Bush hasn't come right out and said "bow down", you are right. However, he has said many things that are aggressive in regards to Iran and North Korea, and Iran is trying to play it back. The World Stage is unfortunately like a playground; You have the big bully, and then a bunch of people who would like nothing more than to take down that bully. That's just the way it is, deal with it.
On your second point, I can't help but come to the conclusion that you are advocating a war with Iran? Are you serious? Logistics-wise, that would be the death of our Armed Forces, not to mention our increasingly dwindling foreign policy clout. We (the US) cannot just go around and start wars because we don't like what the guy said. If he attacks the US and/or citizens, then yes, by all means he should be attacked. The US cannot just go around and take out any guy we don't like, because he told 'us" to bow down. I mean seriously, I don't take that personally. In fact, it really makes me laugh. A grown man with a beard full of all this fiery rhetoric telling the global community (and the US in general) to "bow down." Ha fucking Ha.
The US has said things like this in the past, just not the exact words. If Bush Administration officials (or Bush himself) said this, I would laugh, just like I do 95% of the time they do open their mouths. I never have taken Bush or his administration's words for more than a grain of salt blowing in the wind.
PS - Good job on Godwin'ng the thread. Just compare everything to one of the most evil men in the last 100 years, that will get a reaction.
