Another problem with 2142

OK, I can get into the log in screen.

I have to set up a new account, so I try to give them the info.
I need a parental e-mail address. The only problem is, the parental e-mail address box is gray instead of white, and it will not allow me to type in it. Has anyone else gotten this problem?

just go to EA web site and create your account from there; then use this account to log in

www.battlefield2.com Top right corner, hit <login>; it'll move you to the account managment page.

You have your EA account name, right? You have your password. Just type it in and hit log-in You don't need no parental e-mails or retreiving your account or something.
Btw. EA account name isn't your BF2 name.

me too. Once again, it needs a parent's e-mail, and apparently my mothers' e-mail is 'invalid'.

if you play bf2 then you should have set up a EA account, use that log in info, to log in to 2142, the reason why EA has asked for parent email is the game is still waiting to be rated (we all know that it will be rated teen but until then you need a parents email if you have to set up a new ea member account)

other than that your computer knows that your to young to play

also dont think this is another problem with 2142 think its a problem at your end

2142 is the biggest fucking joke of a game as I've ever seen.I can't get past the server select screen without losing connection.Then when i finally manage to get into a game i get dumped before i can do anything.I thought they were going to work on this problem over the weekend?Apparently they do give a fuck about costumer service,quality control,or the customers themselves.It took me 2hrs to download this stupid excuse for a demo and i can't even get 1 minute of enjoyment out of it.

I'll be sticking with BF2 and SF cause at least i can play 3 or 4 rounds without losing my connection.I've already uninstalled the 2142 demo and i assure you i won't be wasting my hard earned money on the full version until they can figure out how to satisfy there paying customers and create a playable game.

FUCK 2142!

Blame your shitty computer, or the shitty software you having running in the background thats interferring. Or blame your connection. I've had no connectivity/loading issues as such. Don't blame the game, blame yourself.

Let's say Brok_mordu was me, who plays other games that work flawlessly(or without bugs that stop me from playing). What you're gonna tell me then, "Blame you shitty computer, shitty software, and shitty connection for bf2142 not working and the other games working right"? Doesn't make sense:/ I DO in fact run other games perfectly, yet I encounter stupid ctds and disconnects with bf2142. So it's obviously bf2142:/ And no, a demo is NOT supposed to have critical bugs in it...for obvious reasons...
