@usmarine

Considering US of A harvested great support in many Arab nations not so many years ago and the US of A partially have to blame themselves for ruining that support - yes i do think most of those excuses are lame and pointless.

The biggest mistake was to let the defense industry run your foreign politics and to generalize the Arab population !

No, people with religious, idealogical, and political influence are the cause of 99% of wars.  And besides, what the fuck does that have to do with what I said?  it's a fact that catholic charities, mormon church, and red cross are the first responders around the world and offer the most aid in catastrophes.

Easy for you to say.  You don't have thousands of people waking up everyday yelling death to your country and finding ways to kill you and your family.  And this is not anything new, it has been going on since the 70's.  Of course the US was in Arab countries, we were trying to defeat Russia.  ( You are welcome East Germany.)

How do you figure?  Do you suppose they send ministers out with each package of clothing and food?  No.  There isn't even labelling that indicates where the aid is from.  That's a red cross policy so as not to solicit such membership.  How bout not talking about shit you know nothing about?  Be a pal to the fellow readers who are pissed at you and pollux for hijacking the topic of this thread.

This "Death to America" Muslim extremist moronic catch phrase is being yelled everyday huh?

Why does moronic blathering bother you in the first place?

And where do you live? Nobody is picketing my home, neighborhood, mall, office, town hall, on a daily basis, or at ALL ever!!!!!!!

You have to travel halfway around the world to find that misguided cliche’ blither-blathered.

No, Irony would be if those same aid providers were the ones carrying out the warfare they're accused of starting.  I doubt highly that the same redneck, toothless, mullet covered voters that love Bush and love war and their pastor because he hates gays and muslims, would be the same person who donates his childrens' unused toys and makes out a check to the red cross for $100 for those in Iran suffereing from earthquake damage.  No, it's the real christian/jew/muslim/loving citizen/atheist/agnostic/ et al who provide that aid via those three groups I mentioned (which operates as one group under the red cross name) above.

But I see what you're saying and I apologize for my sharp words.  It's easy to snap here because there's lots of flies buzzing around shitting on people and hijacking threads.

But then again Norway haven`t started a war the last 1000 years either.

The fact is however that Norway is on the terrorists hatelist for showing the US massive support in whatever conflict they have conducted, although not the biggest ally but one of the closest - and pr date the Norwegian Immediate Reaction Force have the most troops in the Afghan theater after the US.

That is the most ridiculous line in any post I've ever read in this.  Well actually "Saddam was the best friend of the US" might be close . . . the rest of the post wasn't much better.  The exact opposite is true throughout history.  Take WW2 as a good example, the US entered WW2 after Pearl Harbor.  A lot of good "living in peace" did.   We were still attacked and afterward served our enemies a butt kicking.  We could've avoided the losses at Pearl if we had woke up sooner.  In much the same way, even if we "lived in peace" with Islamic extremists, they would still attack us - because we support Israel or whatever excuse they come up with at the moment.  Failure to kill terrorists after they attack us is not a prudent course of action.

You digress FAST!

“In a mosque near you!” LOL

Oh so now it’s NOT actually about what is actually said near you, NOR is it about what is being yelled in the Mid-east - it’s about being Muslim period.

I'd rather not extend this... since you're just posting nonsensical in-mind non-factual garbage; and simply interchanging one meaningless context for another; nor did you answer my original question; which I don't care if you did/ or do - it was rhetorical anyway.

You can have the last word upon a Muslim reflection of “puppies and rainbows.”

Nope it didn`t and he later stated that had he known Norwegians to be so hard fighting he would have left us alone    ..... and because of the British Bomber command Hitler had his greatest losses pr citizens occupied in Norway second after the Russian front of course !

One thing you guys should receive extra credit for however is the Marshall plan rebuilding Europe after WW2 !

I knew a (breifly acquainted with and dined with) local Cleric in the East SF Bay Area (who happens to be Iraqi) and he did in fact discuss the religious intricacies of puppies and rainbows.  Very fascinating.

Actually, he explained to our congregation about the different sects of Islam and how they vary like the christian sects do.  He said there is radical teachings here and abroad just as there are mainstream, peaceful, and service oriented teachings worldwide.  It was quite nice hearing what he had to say..it was nice putting a face to this huge religion..though he's obviously not representative of all of Islam, just the few thousand or so muslims he presides over.
