I think Seoul might just have to cope with having a nuclear bomb dropped on it. Let's face it - it's practically on the border and Kim Jong-Il is just crazy enough to do it. Queue carpet bomb annihilation of all of North Korea therafter.

He developed the weapons in the misguided view that it would make countries ease embargos on the country. Tightening them as is now being suggested may result in a very adverse reaction...
