I tried the 2142 demo, and it sucks. The unlock system and kits suck. If you manually set a resolution, it fucks up. The demo doesn't support anything higher than 1280x960.

I'm sticking with BF2 & BF2:SF's - Its a load of crap the way they have you starting at ground zero again, might as well start you off with a 6-month "Boot-Camp". This is a game, & they seem to continually make it more & more lame. I'm not a stats whore, but fer Chrissakes- I'm finally feeling pretty decent at this game (BF2) & on the rare occasions when I can find a decent squad to be with, I really enjoy myself. I D/L'd the BF2142 Demo, played it for about an hour & got a fair amount of kills, but I wasn't impressed. Rainbow 6, where's my update Rainbow 6 , Mr Clancy? bah-humbug!

I'll probably stick with BF2. The mods and stuff coming soon look as good as PoE2 is and such. Might try the demos of 2142, QW:ET and Frontlines.

EDIT

After reviewing two facts... The first being the 2142 demo isn't too bad (I have had no crashes on it, no performance issues at all) and that my brothers are getting it anyway I'll be playing both.
