Set Resolution out of monitor range!!

Um, oops.

I put the res to a res that my monitor cannot display, and as soon as i click the demo icon i can't see anything but my monitor's display error message. Is there way to change the res without being in the game???

Yeah, delete your profile cache from My Docs, BF2, Profiles.
edit: Ooops! 2142...I dunno anything about it sry~

Don't know whether the same icon command line paramters are valid with BF2142 as those for BF2 but if they are just change your command line for the icon (right click and properties) to include the commands to force a screen res.

It's -szy and -szx if I remember correctly but you may wanna have either a search here regarding widescreen or have a look on tweakguides.com for your anwser.
