I just sat through the American version of the CLASSIC British film The Wicker Man.

What a load of absolute christian horror BOLLOCKS!

This has absolutely none of the eerieness and truth of the original version. Why the HELL do the fuckwits of Hollywood even try to mantain the standards of European cinema?!?!? They have absolutely no CLUE!!

It seems that in the main they are trying to scare folk with BEES for the sake of FUCK!

I personally have built wicker men in the past, for many a reason (the BRITISH version being one of the reasons before I started down the path that I have done) and the next one will DEFINATELY have a VERY merican theme. I am recently back from the Burning Man Project out in the Black Rock Desert, and that was definately a real event, but I am just sickened by the travesty of what I have just watched. SICKENED!

I am a semi-practicing Pagan, and being so have a respect (for that is part of my 'beliefs') for any peoples ideas of what a God may be. But that, to me, just shows the generalisations of what mainstream 'America the Land of the Free' seems to think about any other ideas but their own.

I am sorry to say this but if that was a film with an Islamic slant to it, trust me I would feel obliged to join the next Jihad that came along.

FOR FUCKS SAKE AMERICA, PLEASE TRY TO HAVE SOME SYMPATHY ON A BASIC HUMAN LEVEL< WITH ANY OTHER THOUGHTS THAN YOUR OWN!

Thank you, I don't understand why people freak out about movies... they are fiction for the most part to be more entertaining, very few movies DO NOT change things, they are made to entertain us, and to make them money. You paid for a ticket so they do not care, they got their money and you are writing about it for some reason which is unapparent to me.
