ive been having a problems setting up a printer everytime i put in the installation disc it says its detecting for hardware then 5 minutes later it comes up with a error saying close another setup that is running then try again but i just turned on the computer and im not installing something else and i try to install it a diiferent way by going to control panel and trying to add a device it then says cannot install 2 devices at once if anyone can help please do im getting frusterated.
