I have download it 2142 its asking for a key ( which I dont have ) any one know where I can get one ? from I know they not aveilable anymore, but tought sumone might know where 1 can be found.

Wouldn't really help you. The beta has finished, everybody's keys have expired, there is no single player or local server options in the beta, and all of the multiplayer servers have been taken down.
