This is where the UK and the US are completely different. You drive around that in a council estate for 1 minute and I swear your next stop would be the hospital!
Are you saying that council estates are full of really bad drivers?

That is unhealthy to be in a council estate?

I'm confused....

Are you saying that in the UK, I'd get my ass kicked for having this car?

Bring it.

This is how we roll, bitchez.

The lightbars were about $800 for both, including all the switches and wiring and crap.

The rest was scrounged and built from home depot and ebay for about $350.

Probably $150 spent on the graphics.

Satellite dish for $20.

Having your own ectomobile... priceless.

Then there is all the stuff that didn't work, things we had to rebuy to replace areas where we messed up drilling or where pieces didn't fit.

I did the math and realized that for what my friends and I have spent on this, I could have gotten drunk 57.14 times.

Our second or third night taking it out on the town we stopped at this 7-11 where all the street racers go. We were the center of attention for about fifteen minutes, people freaking out over the car, giving us props for the retro-80s tribute, taking pictures... we were just eating up the attention.

Then, this goddamn thing pulls up

What are the odds?

We were just going "goddammit! We might as well go home now"

And then we went fanboy on the DeLorean.

In Bryan/College St., TX there was a gentleman who owned a DeLorean.  He put the license plate on it that read:

Don't you mean turn your back for one minute and it would be nicked.

Hardly beaten up for that type of thing we don't live in "the ghetto!"

Yeah, I should have.

Tell you what, when you find me a 1959 Miller Meteor Cadillac in good enough condition that a guy my age earning what I earn can afford to restore and customize in less than two months, then I'll do it!

Are you up for the challenge? I like the way you think, now we're all counting in you.

You obviously haven't been anywhere other than Stoke on Trent, I know someone who thought they could get away with having a modded escort in Popley, and he got his car done over and when he tried to stop them got slashed in the face. Hows a GhostBusters car going to far?

Although it did look really really gay, and he kind of deserved it.
