But with source, when you have low ping, it often means your have hacks running, i thought maybe same with this guy, or maybe he was a bot

I've been on a server where one guy had 0 ping, 2 more had 1 ping, one had 2 ping, and the last guy had 3. Pretty lame when you have around 60

I have a ping of less than 10-15 most of the time, i only play on UK servers since im in the UK, i dont run hax im just your average player, on an average PC, with 8 meg broadband.
I've owned a 64 player Jalalabad server with a ping of 250+ before, not hard if ur used to lag.
i get 40 ping with my 512k, and that is on our South African servers
I live within sight of my local exchange, and can get single figure pings at times. Doesnt help me get uber-scores though.
Seen a guy with 5 ping on a Korean server. With ping like that, that server must have been in his house.
He was probably just close to the server center or whatever, the lowest i've had was 13, and that was on a server from Texas... weird shit eh?
Maybe he has that uber fast European 100/10 Mbps internet?
