hi there bf2s,

i would like this post to be removed as this post by user (justme2)  is not true at all we are seeing legal action against this person for slander we are a brand new company and we do not need this sort of posting about us also i would ask if you could keep a record of the user IP for future ref incase this matter goes to court

I don't understand what the problem is.

I read his post. What do you plan to sue him over? The fact that he said to avoid your company? There is nothing wrong with him giving his opinions. If I told you not to buy 2142, because of what BF2 ended up being like, EA can't sue me.

It may be bad publicity for your new company, but its not illegal.

when its not true yes it is illegal and before you saying there is nothink wrong it called slander maybe you may want to check that out b4 posting thinking you know everythink thanks
