Islam acknowledges Christianity as a true religion, albeit a rather modified one. During the Dan Brown controversy, a group of Muslims were featured in my local newspaper saying that we should side with our Christian brothers! Every religion has radicals. Christianity has radicals. Islam has radicals. Even communism has radicals. Should an entire philosophy, an entire CIVILISATION die because of a few bad seeds?
Killing oneself is forbidden in Islam. Those who do are considered 'murtad', or deserters of Islam. Islam is a religion based on peace. We fought and fight only to defend our honor, family and religion. Radicals perpetrated 9/11, US fought back and caught non-radicals in the crossfire. We did as our religion preaches, and defended ourselves.

Terrorists today have no shame and target enemy countries. They target anything which is liable. Preferably civilians. They know that they will get slaughtered if they try to target military.
Guerrilla fighters target military as well. NOT civilians.
Hisbollah declared war on Israel and then whined to the world, that they got slaughtered.
a: They attacked a border patrol, killing 8 soldiers and kidnapping 2.
b: Hisbollah sits in the Lebanese parliament, so it's an official declaration of war.
Then i ask, what happens in war? Yes, you guessed it. The other country retaliates.
Hisbollah have fun by NOT wearing uniforms and instead, dress as civilians. This helps them being able to count more civilian losses than there would be.
They station weapons and soldiers near and in civilian buildings, which forced Israel to attack those buildings. Inevitably (spelling?) it would cause civilian casualties. Israel didn't deliberately target civilians.
Hisbollah did. They launched thousands of missiles in over Israel and targeted cities, NOT MILITARY (if they did, it showed more about their incompetence than their spirit) with missiles, filled with scrap metal which would act like fragmentation grenades, upon impact. Dealing as much civilian damage as possible.

No, guerrila fighters can target military. It refers to technique. Further, the fact that extremist elements who form a minority of the parliament take certain actions does not make it an act of war.

The thing that pissed me off about this, is that no danish papers make fun of all. Politicians, religious people and all. When muslims got hit, the only one who cared were Imams in Denmark. A few radical ones went down to the middleeast and said that JP (Jyllands Posten, danish newspaper) showed 120 pictures. They even made som photoes themselves and showed this to the middleeast.
That was simple and pure treason.
Guerrila fighters will mostly target military. If you target civilians, you attack people on their land and innocents. Thereby your considered a terrorist. And another thing. By letting hisbollah take prisonars and killing foreign soldiers, they let hisbollah declare war. Trust me, it's a declaration of war. Even in the danish law, if soldiers are captured on DANISH soil, it's a declaration of war.
