The pope is the most powerful member of the Christian faith. Therefore he is synonymous not only with Catholicism but Christianity in general.

The Pope [PanzerCardinal Ratzinger] said "It is to the great logos, to this breadth of reason, that we invite our partners in the dialogue of cultures."  Now, if I invited Lisik to the 'breadth of reason' would that not imply I believed he was unreasonable?  If a few minutes more I had quoted a source from centuries ago that said his 55 Prophets only brought evil and inhumanity to the world, that would be just be the cherry on top.  I would have insulted him and his religion.

There is only one way to interpret what he said, and there is only one way to interpret the second paragraph in what you said:  You are intolerance and hateful of arabs.
