I'm looking for a new/used 19" LCD screen that someone would like to give/sell to me for a low price... It would be grately apreciated.

And I live in Norway, though that shouldn't be a problem.

I don't know what you consider a low price, but in my neck of the woods you can get a new 19" LCD for around 1700 Kroner.
