I am not sure if anyone has point at this issue, yet.

Let's look at 1.4 update message...

BUG FIXES

Fixed the Linux server hangs when trying to load a Special Forces Co-Op map.
Another attempt at fixing the Red/Blue nametag bug.  <--------- Look at this line!
Fixed the missing server info on the map briefing screen.

How many more patch before they actually fix the Red/Blue nametag bug!

there is a FULL proof fix they could do. they would just make 1 side on the map be blue to everyone and the other red all the time.
and while their fixing it we can remember what the enemy LOOKS like, not just reconize red.

Yes, we can remember what enemy looks like. However, it will be problem with snipers like me. When I see tiny bit head pop up on the top of building. I have to rely on color before make the shot. Sometime I got punished for teamkills by the blue/red nametag bug.

That's what I thought it was at the beginning where the teams would always be a set color. First week I kept getting team kills and was wondering why.

Think of the tag bug as agents and undercover operatives..

With this bug around... still, guess you have to actually think before you shoot... and perhaps unbind that vote yes key to a different one other than the spacebar. I grow tired of being punished before they even hit the ground.
