I totally agree. The purpose of human existence is to procreate, as it is with all animals. Humans are nothing so special that they should be judged by other standards and anyone doing so is deluding themselves. Religious types always go on about the purpose of existence - the purpose of existence is to exist and to pass on your genetic code so that some part of you may live on in future generations.stryyker wrote:
By definition of survival, Humans are on this planet to do one thing; Live long enough to produce offspring.
Now as some of you may already know, most people are sucessful at it. But for those people who will never spread their seed, they have failed as a human, in the literal sense of both "fail" and "human"
There could be some exceptions these days, artists and scientists who create things that will be looked at/used/read long after they are gone. But that is not their human purpose and is therefore secondary to passing on their genetic code.
