just finished loading 1.4 and now the damn game won't start. It goes to a black screen then back to my desktop...HELP!!

hahahahahahaha....screwed again. I am having the same thing. Its the full install and I am about to throw this frelling game out the window. Why do we keep doing this to ourselves?
