I was playing on Iron Gator (64 player of course) and noticed that the US was able to shoot TV guided missles from beyond the carrier to the MEC's chopper pads. I sat in an AA implacement and missle after tv guided missle go over my head. I saw exactly where the missles were coming from and I could never get lock. I tried just shooting randomly in that direction but with no lock I couldn't hit anything (unless its a friendly).
I did hear someone from the other team say to "all" something about flying higher. Is there some ceiling as to how low the AA guns can get lock since 1.3 came out? Do they have a shorter missle lock distance than the TV guided gunner has sight distance?
Anyone else notice this? It makes me wonder if they were using some kind of no fog exploit.
