I'd been keeping an excel chart of cases announced at work. They used to put out a notice for every single one, but went to a weekly update in October-ish when there was a definite breakout and upswing. It was levelling off as they offered vaccinations for us and around 15-20% of employees already had been positive, but they've seemingly just stopped updating it now. The last email was May 4, and the intranet website wasn't updated since May 11.

Blood clots, really? Lottery-odds blood clots were the last thing on my mind the two times I went in for the jab. If you're worried about blood clots, you definitely don't want some of the things that COVID-19 can do to you.
Some of the old people in my circles are terrified of getting vaccinated because of this bullcrap floating around, and it's going to prolong time spent dealing with this virus. Think of the economy, ffs. Like some of you guys back in early 2020 thought it was a great idea to martyr yourselves to keep the local greasy spoon going or whatever. Turns out you're not told who it is and they're supposed to self report if theyve been within 6ft of someone for at least 15min so that person can get tested.
Never mind them being in the same office area as others for hours, sitting 8ft away from someone else

Cancelled proms, outdoor proms, mini proms. No post graduation/prom trips and parties. Feel bad about the children losing this once in a lifetime opportunity but the important thing is that adults in their 40's were still able to go to bars and restaurants in 2020.
