my least favourite 'repeat offender' returner was roc18. every few years he'd come back and he'd be even more irritating and tedious.

he was a good canary in the mine for the whole 4chan/meme-ification of the internet. and not in the funny or adroit satire way, just the stupid, sniggering, mindlessly quoting bullshit kind. he must have struggled to fit in in his real social life in some fundamental way. definite my least favourite genre of person on web 2.0.
