It annoys me whenever I hear someone not prounce the r sound. From what I understand, most of England is non-rhotic. That's funny since not pronouncing your Rs is usually a sign of low class in the U.S.

Look at the map. The only other white people who talk like that are in Louisiana, North Carolina, Mississippi etc. Those aren't famously high class places.
