I parked my car in front of my mother's condo for less than 5 minutes and my car was towed. I had to pay a holiday fee because this was on thanksgiving. I was pissed, but I also accept it was my fault and if I didn't park where i wasn't allowed I would not have been towed.

i guess that's a subjective question depending on the course, school and what you consider a ripoff to be. My tuition wasn't that ridiculous, but I attended a public university (a good one at that).

You can plan the gov by fucking up university funding. It becomes a serious problem when 25% of revenue comes from intl students. most uni's that have serious misconduct are tier 2 uni's.
