Blue shirt, blue shoes, and blue jeans okay? basically one color for the day
Blue shirt, black jeans, black shoes better? 2 colors for the day

A light blue or turquoise shirt works well with black pants. And fuck wearing khakis. Only time I am out of jeans are dates, interviews, and formal occasions. Khakis and tucked in shirts suck.Jay wrote:

I don't even know that a blue dress shirt and black pants would always look bad. I think it depends on the hue of the blue. Bold colors would look terrible, but very light or very dark might not.
