is that impressive in america? lol if someone over here got stopped by the police and they started talking about being accepted to a "rank40 law course", the cops would probably think you are on drugs.eleven bravo wrote:
the funny part is when i told the cop that my homie already got accepted to three tier 2 lawschools. cop had a suprised look on his face and we started talking abut the nfl play offs. we were both rooting for new england to lose the last game of the regular season
i suppose its incredibly easy to get into law school over there. its pretty hard here. sorry for your confusion.Uzique The Lesser wrote:

it depends on the cop. they probably realized it was a bullshit stop and wanted to kill time or were actually impressed. policing is a boring job.Uzique The Lesser wrote:

no, just 'going to law school' isn't something that makes you a god-tier intellect or person 'above the law' over here. it would be considered pretty weird for anyone to talk about their profession/training when questioned by a cop. it's not a big deal here. maybe in america where the cops are dumb and racist and assume every brown person is a crack-dealer or a street-sweeper. over here talking to the police about your 'credentials' would make them raise a very suspicious eyebrow. perhaps it's a difference in culture/sensibility. you just wouldn't do that here.eleven bravo wrote:
seriously dude i know you want to continue your snobby tone in these forums but is it really that difficult for you to understand why someone being in law school would throw a cop off on a routine detaining. i mean its not hard to figure out why. either dude realizes that the person he's fucking with is someone who knows a little bit about their rights or might be impressed because the vast majority of civilians they interact with are uneducated criminals. youre smarter than this aaron
